Thomas Bundy handles a variety of complex commercial litigation matters, including class and collective actions. He regularly represents Fortune 500 companies across the country in numerous trials, arbitrations, and alternative forms of dispute resolution. His practice spans the spectrum of litigation areas, including labor and employment, real estate, government contracts, privacy law, SEC and FINRA compliance, product liability and insurance coverage disputes.

While his practice is commercial in nature, Thomas has substantial experience with traditional employment issues such as: civil rights litigation, including discrimination and harassment; wage and hour disputes; whistleblower claims; trade secret protections; Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) litigation; Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) Act, Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Dodd-Frank compliance; and employment due diligence and audits. Thomas is at the forefront of defending employers against worker classification disputes, including federal and state wage and hour cases. He also routinely advises financial services clients on worker classification issues involving their distribution systems.

Outside of his practice, Thomas is devoted to causes that are meaningful to him. He serves as General Counsel for the Board of Directors for the National Coalition of Minority Football Coaches. The Governor of Maryland recently appointed Thomas to serve on the Board of TEDCO (Maryland Technology Development Corporation).
