.Amy K. Stratton is an accomplished professional with a robust background in government operations and public policy. With over 22 years of experience in various roles within the U.S. Congress, she has developed a comprehensive understanding of legislative processes and stakeholder engagement.
Most recently, Amy served as the Senior Supervisor for the Senate Appointment Desks at the U.S. Senate Sergeant at Arms, where she directed daily operations, managed the department budget, and led a team focused on delivering efficient and effective support to Senate members. Prior to this, she was the Deputy Chief Clerk and Operations Manager for the House Committee on Oversight and Reform, where she played a pivotal role in coordinating committee activities, managing detailed scheduling, and producing crucial reports that informed legislative objectives.
Amy's career also includes significant experience in community outreach and policy advocacy. As the District Manager for Congressman Elijah E. Cummings, she spearheaded initiatives on education and social services while fostering strong relationships within the community. Her background as a lobbyist for Gally Public Affairs further honed her skills in legislative monitoring and grassroots organizing for organizations such as the American Cancer Society.
Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Child and Adolescent Developmental Psychology, Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban Studies from Wright State University and has completed 42 credit hours of graduate coursework in public policy and nonprofit management.
